Basically. Nick Mullins got Staph Infection from a cut he had on his hip and whatnot, he went to a Hospital, that did such a crap job, so the Doctor told him he only had a 1% chance of living. But he pulled through. He can hardly see, but he’s getting better. That’s what that bracelet means.
